Paula Hooper – Client Support Coordinator

Paula Hooper is our Client Support Coordinator and so much more! She is your first contact person at Oak Valley Tax. You will talk to Paula to set up your appointment, the one that greets you when you come in, and the person you will drop off any extra information needed to complete the work we are doing for you. She is the one that has you fill out our questionnaire and helps you with your final paperwork for E-filing. Paula has been with Oak Valley Tax going on 6 years now. She has been in the sales and customer service field for over forty years. She was a personal banker for a large bank handling new accounts, business clients, home loans and personal loans. If you have not met Paula yet, you are missing out, as she is one of the friendliest, helpful, caring and patient people you will ever know! She was born and raised in Ohio and moved to California in 1970. She has been married for 48 years, has 5 children and 10 grandchildren. She comes from the old school of thought… the client is right!
